COVID-19: What's changed for us?

Sometimes is feels like COVID-19 has turned the world upside down...We're very lucky to run our Studio from just outside Sydney in Australia, where we've been able to keep the Studio running and sending out orders throughout. 
In many ways, it's business as usual in the Studio. We've had an incredibly busy period, and have seen a lot of demand for colourful and fun designs. We've also heard from a lot of customers who have decided to use the time to decorate. If that's you, you can check out our info on paint types here 

One change for us is that we now donate all of our returns and seconds to Children's Hospitals, Hospices and Childcare centres. We know that the strain on many places has been huge and we hope to spread some colour and happiness however we can. If you know of a Hospital that would appreciate this, just drop us a line and we'll see what we can do. 

Overall, for us the biggest impact has been on international shipping; with borders closing and many planes not flying, it was a big challenge for a few weeks to get packages onto our customer's doorsteps as quickly as we would have liked.
We've now updated our shipping options to include an Express International Courier option for anyone with a tight timescale as we think we'll continue to see some delays on shipping around the world for a while.
Whilst our standard international shipping can involve a longer wait than pre-COVID times, we still make sure that all of our customers either receive their orders, or get a refund. We just ask for some patience where there may be backlogs at borders etc.
