If, after seeing the proof you would like to cancel your order, we will happily refund 80% of the order value plus 100% of the shipping paid. Once the proof is confirmed with us, it means that we will then start making your name decal and it will be non refundable from this point on. It is a custom design that we will be making especially for you.
